How we work out the numbers
Our logistics team starts from the same rules, then plans the final fleet from confirmed RSVPs.
Airport and station cars
Three to four guests a car, so the luggage fits and nobody waits for a second trip.
Shuttle runs
One 40-seat coach run for every forty guests moving between venues, and about half that at one venue.
Luxury cars
One car kept for the hosts and family, and a second once the event uses three or more venues.

How accurate is the fleet calculator?
It gives an estimate from three answers: confirmed guests, how many travel in and how many venues you have. Use it as a starting point. We plan the final fleet route by route from confirmed RSVPs, flight times and venue timings.
How many guests do you plan per car?
Three to four guests a car for airport and station pick-ups, so the luggage fits and nobody waits for a second trip. Urbanias take up to sixteen guests and coaches 27 to 45.
How are shuttle runs counted?
One 40-seat coach run for every forty guests when they move between hotels and venues, and about half that when everything is at one venue.
What happens after I send my details?
Our team calls or WhatsApps you within a day to confirm dates, venues and arrival times, then sends an itemised proposal within 48 hours of that call.
Do you provide cars outside Bengaluru and Hyderabad?
Yes, anywhere in India. Our logistics managers travel to your event and brief the local drivers on the plan.
