What does Plan it Better do?
We run the guest side of weddings and corporate events: RSVPs, hospitality teams and a chauffeured fleet. We also do wedding planning, stage set-up, hampers and corporate events. We are based in Bengaluru and Hyderabad and work across India.
Do you work with wedding planners and event agencies?
Yes. Planners bring us in for RSVP calling, hotel desks, guest shadows and the fleet. We work to their brief and timeline, with one named lead talking to their team.
Can we book just one service?
Yes. Each service is priced on its own, so you can book just RSVPs, a hospitality desk or the fleet, or hand us everything.
Why don't you have package prices?
No two events need the same things. We quote yours line by line, so you see what each part costs and can drop anything you don't want.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, three to six months ahead, and earlier for October to March when hotels and cars book out. For corporate events, four to eight weeks. You can add RSVPs and logistics later.
Which cities do you work in?
We are based in Bengaluru and Hyderabad and work across India, from Coorg, Goa, Udaipur and Jaipur to Delhi, Mumbai and the Andaman Islands. Abroad, we have worked in places like Mauritius, Dubai, Phuket and Bali.
