The rules of thumb behind the numbers
These are the same starting points our logistics team uses before building the real plan from confirmed RSVPs.
Airport and station cars
Guests travelling in, at three to four a car, so luggage fits and nobody waits for a second trip.
Shuttle runs
One 40-seat coach run per forty guests when guests move between venues, about half that at a single venue.
Luxury cars
A dedicated car for the hosts and family, and a second one once the event spreads across three or more venues.

How accurate is the fleet calculator?
It gives a planning estimate from three inputs: confirmed guests, how many travel in, and how many venues there are. The final plan is built route by route from confirmed RSVPs, flight times and venue timings, so treat it as a starting point, not a quote.
How many guests do you plan per car?
Three to four guests a car for airport and station pick-ups, so luggage fits and nobody waits for a second trip. Urbanias carry up to sixteen guests and coaches 27 to 45.
How are shuttle runs counted?
One 40-seat coach run for every forty guests when guests move between hotels and venues, and about half that when everything happens at one venue.
What happens after I send my details?
Our team calls or WhatsApps you within a day, confirms dates, venues and arrival patterns, and sends an itemised logistics proposal within 48 hours of that call.
Do you provide cars outside Bengaluru and Hyderabad?
Yes. We work across India. Our logistics managers travel with the event and brief the local fleet and chauffeurs on the plan.
